From September 1st to September 4th, 2022, after three postponements due to the epidemic, the 9th China Museum and Related Products & Technology Expo was successfully held at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Shanghai Hengyuan Polymer Materials Co., Ltd.'s debut was a complete success.

On August 30th and 31st, a professional exhibition company set up the booth. Thanks to thorough preparation in the early stages, the setup went very smoothly. The moment the lights came on, we were amazed by the Hengyuan orange; we were the most dazzling ones.

We had been looking forward to this expo for a long time and attached great importance to it. Dr. Shen Yuehua, founder of Hengyuan Polymer, along with Ding Zhiwei, General Manager of the Cultural Relics Department, and Zhu Chenle, Sales Director, were present to provide professional and detailed explanations to visitors.

Hengyuan Polymer's technology and products for passive precise humidity control attracted the interest of many attendees, including museum users, designers, builders, industry leaders and experts, and even industry peers who came to exchange ideas. The Hengyuan team not only provided professional explanations but also demonstrated the effect of precise humidity control through on-site experiments. Many visitors showed surprised expressions; without any power equipment or sensors, precise humidity control was achieved. 

The "Humidity Cube" humidity control board is composed of porous inorganic mineral base material and a hydrophilic group humidity control composite material.

The humidity control composite material is evenly dispersed in the pore structure of the inorganic mineral, exchanging with water molecules in the air to maintain the water activity of the mineral substrate at a stable value. This increases the water absorption capacity of the board and allows it to "actively and intelligently" absorb and release moisture, thus achieving precise humidity control.

"Humidity Cube" precise humidity control sheet and display case 

The "Humidity Cube" fiber humidity control sheet is made of a combination of new pure natural plant fibers and functional humidity control composite materials.

Used for humidity control in the micro-environment of cultural relic preservation, it absorbs and releases moisture evenly, with high humidity control accuracy, and an error of less than ±3% at room temperature.

The packaging and specifications of the "Humidity Cube" precise humidity control sheet can be matched with the dedicated display case.

The display case is designed in gray tones, reflecting low-key elegance and texture. It will not overshadow the exhibits in the exhibition, affecting the display effect.

The 9th Expo was Hengyuan Polymer's debut. For over 20 years, we have focused on humidity management research, from unidirectional moisture-absorbing fiber desiccants to passive, autonomous bidirectional moisture absorption and release. We have independently developed the "Humidity Cube" humidity control board and the "Humidity Cube" fiber humidity control sheet, achieving precise humidity control in enclosed spaces.
