I. Product Introduction
For Electrical Cabinets Reversible Humidity Control Pack It is a composite humidity control material, Dehumidification Sheet for Electrical Cabinets Unlike traditional desiccants which only absorb moisture, it has a "two-way" regulation function for water molecules, precisely controlling the humidity within a relatively enclosed space within a certain range. The product can be reactivated and reused repeatedly.
A self-adhesive humidity label is affixed to the front of the product, effectively indicating the humidity of the environment where the product is located. Double-sided adhesive is affixed to the back of the product, allowing for easy placement on any inner wall of the electrical cabinet.

II. Product Features
1. Prevents excessively low humidity inside the electrical cabinet from causing static electricity or even fire hazards
2. Prevents condensation inside the electrical cabinet due to high humidity and large temperature differences, which can lead to rust or circuit damage
3. The product is in sheet form, does not take up space, and has no leakage risk
4. Non-corrosive: The product is halogen-free and does not cause corrosion when in contact with steel, brass, magnesium alloy, and aluminum alloy
5. Meets RoHS limits on hazardous substances and can be disposed of as ordinary waste
6. Good weather resistance: Even at sub-zero temperatures, the product will not harden and can be used with confidence
7. Visual humidity indication: This product uses a self-adhesive humidity label; the humidity of the environment can be determined by the color of the center circle

IV. Product Performance
1. Moisture Absorption
At 40℃, 95% RH, the saturated moisture absorption is greater than 100%, and there is no water seepage on the surface of the humidity control pack
2. Flame Retardancy
The flame retardancy of this product meets the requirements of "UL 94, VTM-0"
3. Cyclic Absorption and Desorption
After 100 cycles of moisture absorption and desorption (single cycle conditions: 80℃, 95%, maintained for 3 hours; 80℃, 20%, maintained for 3 hours), the moisture absorption is not less than 80% of the initial value

V. Dehumidification Sheet for Electrical Cabinets Usage Suggestions
1. Usage reference: 600g/cubic meter (air exchange rate <1).
2. Effective service life: 6 months to 2 years, depending on the airtightness of the cabinet and the changes in temperature and humidity of the environment.
3. Can be attached to the inner wall of the electrical cabinet.
It is recommended to use it with the "Humidity Cube" temperature and humidity monitoring system to effectively prevent condensation.
