Temperature differences cause condensation to form inside metal boxes, and a large amount of condensation damages electrical equipment, creating safety hazards. The current common solution is to prevent condensation by heating. After using Hengyuan's polymer humidity control film, moisture is absorbed at low temperatures and slowly released into the air at high temperatures. It does not require electric heating, which meets the urgent need for energy saving and carbon emission reduction. The same demand exists for power cabinets and new energy vehicle charging piles. Excessive humidity and condensation can easily cause tripping or even major accidents such as electrical leakage.
