From researchers and marketing personnel to production line workers, every Hengyuan employee has their own exclusive account. They can easily learn and grow happily by logging in through the WeChat applet on their mobile phones. The academy has eight modules. The "Advanced Map" customizes a professional development path for each employee, and their learning plan at different stages can be seen in "My Learning". The academy has eight modules. The “Advanced Map” customizes a career development path for each employee, and their learning plan at different stages can be seen in “My Learning”.

Through “I Want to Learn More” and “Xingzhi Academy”, employees can learn other professional skills and knowledge points of interest.

The “e-SOP” module not only contains electronic documents of production and equipment operating procedures but also video versions to facilitate employee learning and cultivate more excellent multi-skilled workers.

“Onboarding Channel” is a module prepared for new employees to help them quickly integrate into the Hengyuan family.

“Improvement Proposals” is an important module for lean activities, facilitating employees to promptly submit ideas and stimulating their creativity. At the mid-year meeting, three employees received “Excellent Improvement Proposal Awards”

The final “Exam Management” module showcases each employee's learning achievements and transcripts.
