Desiccant Precautions for Containers: To maximize the desiccant's effectiveness, if space allows, hang the desiccant vertically. Do not cover the desiccant's breathable surface with cargo. If space is limited, hang the desiccant on the surface of the cargo. Dispose of properly after use. It is not recommended to use containers with wood flooring moisture content exceeding 20%; otherwise, increase the amount of desiccant accordingly.

Container desiccant Precautions:

During cargo transportation, the temperature inside the container will rise and fall with the change of day and night, and the relative humidity inside the container will also fluctuate, ultimately leading to the two basic forms of water vapor condensation: container rain and cargo sweating.

　　Container rain - When a container moves from a high-temperature area to a low-temperature area, the internal environmental temperature changes from high to low, reaching the dew point temperature. Water vapor will condense into water droplets and condense on the top and surrounding inner walls of the container, eventually dripping onto the cargo.

Cargo sweating - When cargo is transported from a low-temperature area to a high-temperature area, or when the cargo storage environment suddenly changes from cold to hot, the water vapor in the air will condense into water on the surface of the cargo or its packaging.

Warm Tip:

After opening the transparent packaging bag of the desiccant, immediately place the desiccant into your product packaging and seal it.

The desiccant can only be more effective in a sealed environment.

Minimize desiccant exposure time outside the sealed packaging to prevent the desiccant from becoming ineffective.
