High-grade packaging materials

The outer layer uses non-woven fabric as packaging material, which is tough and unbreakable; the inner layer uses Tyvek + transparent film packaging to prevent liquid leakage.

High-quality raw materials

Using high-quality calcium chloride raw materials, the moisture absorption rate can reach 200%-300% (the moisture absorption rate is >300% under experimental conditions); it becomes gel-like when saturated and does not leak.

Pre-use inspection

Before placing the container desiccant bag, please carefully check the inside and outside of the container to ensure that the following requirements are met:

1) Walls, floors, and tops have no holes or gaps.
2) The container door is well sealed.
3) The inside of the container is clean and dry, and the moisture content of the container floor is detected.
① If conditions permit, try not to use containers with a water content exceeding 20%, or add one desiccant for every 1.5% increase in water content.
② Do not use containers with a water content exceeding 25%.
③ If there are pallets in the container, and the water content exceeds 18%, add one desiccant for every 1.5% increase in humidity.
④ Use 1-2 per 6 cubic meters Desiccant 。

Placement

Place the container desiccant in the space between the top of the cargo and the top of the container. It is recommended to use 1-2 per cubic meter.
